- Overclocked Remix has released a free album consisting of remixes of FF7 songs. The album is titled "Final Fantasy VII: Voices of the Lifestream". It consists of 45 arrangements and is over three hours long. It can be downloaded for free using BitTorrent or by downloading individual tracks. Check it out here.

- More pictures from FF12 for you; thanks to Sami Hietanen and Kareem Issa! We're getting close to finishing these. 8-)
- A few desultory crossovers and whatnot. I'd never actually realized that Kefka and Sephiroth shared a special move in their final forms. 8-)

- The backlog has been conquered! All the updates that haven't been
made since March have finally been made. -_- We still have a boatload
of new stuff we need to add, but at least your e-mails have finally
been dealt with. Some of the updates include:
- A slough of FF11 images, especially items!
- New hi-res maps for FF6, including the new bonus dungeons.
- Better images for a bunch of summons, including new art from FF Tactics.
- Release dates have been updated.
- Images of Xu (FF8), Venat (FF12), Zaon (FF10), and the cast from FF: Legend of the Crystal.
- Name Origins and crossovers slightly updated.
- Thanks to everyone who wrote in!

This is Ianas signing in, the new refactoring staff member, welcoming everyone to FFCompendium. I hope to be able to keep this place in its top position among Final Fantasy fan sites.

- Well, I`ve updated our affiliates yet again. Unfortunately I`ve had to remove SquareAmp (which now is apparently just a forum and a radio) and FF MUX, since they were no longer reciprocating links. On the upside, I`ve added a new affiliate: Square Haven, a cool site with irreverent news, features, guides, and even a growing database of Square Enix employees!
- I`ve also added a link to RPG-O-Mania, a site that features an eclectic mix of information, media, news and just general fun stuff. Take a gander!
